At endurocult you will find universal carbon reed valves for cutting to size yourself. They are not tied to one model. You cut them to fit your reed valve housing, for example when no ready-made set is available for your motorcycle.

• Carbon reed valves in several sizes, for example 50 x 40, 60 x 50 and 80 x 70 mm
• Various material thicknesses, for example 0.2, 0.4, 0.45 and 0.5 mm
• 2 pieces per item
• For cutting to size yourself, the fit is up to you

The right size: Measure the reed of your old reed valve (length, width and thickness) and choose a sheet that is at least this size. Use the material thickness of your old reed valve as a guide.

The carbon fibre laminate is precision CNC-cut and delivers spontaneous throttle response and efficient crankcase filling, especially in the low and mid rev range. Ideal when you want to replace a rare or no longer available reed valve.

When cutting, work cleanly and burr-free, use the old reed as a template and check the function before installing. If you are unsure, choose a ready-made model-specific set.
